Modular compressed gas flotation machines МЕК
Modular compressed gas flotation machines of "МЕК" type are designed for ore beneficiation by froth flotation. The unique feature of the MEK flotation machine allows it to be used for various flotation operations, taking into account the specifics of mineral dressing. The modular design of flotation machines makes it possible to implement them in the reconstruction of flotation departments of existing enterprises effectively with restrictions on the height of the roof and the capacity of lifting equipment.
Modular MEK flotation machine depending on configuration may consist of the following modules:

Tank compressed gas flotation machines МЕК
Modular compressed gas flotation machines of "МЕК" type are designed for ore beneficiation by froth flotation. The unique feature of the MEK flotation machine allows it to be used for various flotation operations, taking into account the specifics of mineral dressing. Tank compressed gas flotation machines МЕК have a special design of champfer, which grants an increased speed of foam removal and an increase in technological parameters at all stages of the flotation process.
MEK contact and aeration tanks
MEK tanks are intended for:
• Tanks for mechanical mixing of ore slurries, liquids in contact with chemicals. The tank is a cylindrical body where an agitator is installed. An impeller is used as a mixing device, creating a powerful vertical and bottom slurry flows. The slurry unload operation is carried out through a manifold in the upper part of the body
• Tanks for slurry aeration operations. In conditioning tanks, in addition to mechanical stirring, a pulp aeration operation is added. Air is supplied through the hollow shaft and is crushed by the impeller blades into bubbles, which saturate the slurry throughout the chamber space.
