Project office
It is created on the basis of an office in St. Petersburg for the comprehensive solution offering in designing new and reconstruction of existing beneficiation plants (BP) with the performance of the functions of the General design engineer and the Customer.

The major specialization of the Office is the execution of sections of PT, IPA, RM, OM and tailings facility.

Support for high Key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of project implementation and designer supervision:
• High level of corporate culture, planning, resource allocation and control
• Quality of design solutions, confirmed by the absence of additional agreements and changes in the engineering documentation due to a poor-quality project
• Provision of design solutions, allowing to minimize the nonproductive time of the Customer's asset for the period of reconstruction/re-equipment of the BP
• Operational response to external changes in the project

BIM 360 — is a set of cloud services used during the design and construction stages, which can be accessed from both desktop apps and mobile devices. BIM 360 allows to unite all participants in the construction process, thereby speeding up the project and reducing risks.
